Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day can work wonders for your skin and it can come in the form of tea, coffee or squash, just watch your caffeine intake as this can have the opposite effect on your complexion. Keeping your skin protected with a high-factor SPF sun cream all-year-round is probably one of the most important things for you to help stave off the signs of early ageing and keep your skin supple.

Simple but effective skincare

Cleansing, toning, exfoliating and moisturising your skin at home can work wonders for your skin.
