Palomar have developed a patented fractional technology to create a revolutionary treatment, resulting in non-ablative soft tissue coagulation.
This means your skin is not ablated – or removed – as happens with CO2 lasers. Instead, heat is emitted in tiny fractional laser beams that stimulate the production of collagen and elastin under the skin, which helps reduce wrinkles and improves the skin’s tone, texture and
