How does non-surgical rhinoplasty work?
The treatment involves the application of dermal fillers, via injection to reshape the nose. As it can be performed without general anaesthetic and is a relatively quick treatment to administer, it’s often now referred to as the ‘lunchtime’ nose job. The treatment can be performed at our clinic in central London and you can return to your daily activities afterwards, so no overnight hospital stay, bandages or lengthy downtime, making the treatment extremely accessible to those who want to reshape and re-sculpt their nose but without going under the surgeon’s knife.
Injectable dermal fillers are made from hyaluronic acid (HA) which is a naturally occurring substance, found within the body which, alongside collagen and elastin, gives the skin a youthful and hydrated appearance.
HA dermal fillers used in the nasal area tend to be very viscous and contained within a gel-like substance, so that they offer a ‘scaffold’ and add shape and volume where necessary.

During the treatment, a topical anesthetic may be applied for your comfort. The dermal filler will then be injected into the areas of concern and the doctor will massage the product to achieve the most natural outcome and pleasing shape. You are fully awake during the treatment so you can observe the results straight away.
Non-surgical nose reshaping results
After your treatment, you’ll be given some post-treatment care instructions such as not to touch the area or indeed apply make up for around 6 hours after the procedure, so the product can settle in and to prevent any possible infection.
Results with non-surgical rhinoplasty using dermal fillers are immediate and can last from 6 to 18 months. Because the results are relatively temporary, adjustments can be made at each treatment stage to compliment your changing facial features over time so that you always retain a natural look.
