Brighter, smoother-looking skin without putting your week on hold
Our BioRePeel London treatment is designed for those moments when your skin looks tired, uneven or congested, but you do not want the prolonged peeling and recovery often associated with a traditional chemical peel.
Perhaps your complexion has lost its usual brightness. Makeup catches on rough patches, pores look more noticeable and old breakouts have left marks that seem slow to fade. You want visible freshness, but the thought of hiding away while your skin sheds for days does not fit your work, social life or plans.
BioRePeel provides controlled exfoliation while supporting smoother, clearer and more radiant-looking skin. Its biphasic formula combines acids, amino acids and vitamins within a professional peel that can be adapted to your skin concerns and treatment goals.
Many patients can return to their usual routine following treatment. However, BioRePeel is still an active professional peel. Temporary redness, sensitivity, tightness or light flaking can occur, and your individual response cannot be predicted from somebody else’s experience.
At Skin Perfection, your practitioner will assess your skin before deciding whether BioRePeel is suitable and whether it should be performed alone or included within a wider personalised skin plan.
Skin Perfection is located on Great Castle Street, moments from Oxford Circus and convenient for Marylebone, Mayfair, Fitzrovia, Soho and the West End.

What is BioRePeel?
BioRePeelCl3 is a professional, biphasic chemical peel developed in Italy. It combines controlled exfoliation with ingredients selected to support skin renewal, hydration and a fresher-looking complexion.
The facial formulation contains 35% trichloroacetic acid, commonly known as TCA, alongside other hydroxy acids, amino acids and vitamins. Its two-phase formula is designed to exfoliate while helping reduce the excessive dryness often associated with traditional chemical peels.
You can learn more about the formulation on the official BioRePeel manufacturer’s website.
Although BioRePeel is often described as a “no-peel peel,” that phrase can be slightly misleading. It usually causes less visible shedding than many traditional peels, but temporary dryness, redness, sensitivity or light flaking may still occur.
What can BioRePeel help improve?
BioRePeel may be recommended when you want to improve the overall quality and appearance of your skin rather than focus on a single isolated concern.
Depending on your suitability, it may help improve the appearance of:
- Dull or tired-looking skin
- Rough or uneven texture
- Congestion and enlarged-looking pores
- Excess oil and blemish-prone skin
- Post-breakout marks
- Uneven-looking skin tone
- Fine lines
- Sun-damaged-looking skin
- Dry, lacklustre or ageing skin
You may notice that your skin looks fresher following an early appointment. However, concerns such as persistent congestion, pigmentation, blemishes and uneven texture generally require a planned course rather than one treatment before an important event.
The benefits of BioRePeel London treatment
A brighter, more refreshed complexion
Surface buildup can make your complexion look flat, grey or tired, even when you are using good skincare. Controlled exfoliation helps lift away dead surface cells so your skin can appear fresher and more luminous.
Smoother-looking texture
If makeup catches on rough areas or your skin feels uneven beneath your fingertips, BioRePeel can help create a smoother-looking surface. A planned course may also improve the appearance of enlarged pores and superficial irregularities.
Support for congested and blemish-prone skin
The formula contains exfoliating acids that may help reduce surface buildup and congestion. However, BioRePeel is not automatically suitable for every stage or grade of acne.
If active breakouts are your main concern, your practitioner will assess whether BioRePeel should be used alone or as one part of a broader personalised acne plan.
Minimal disruption to your routine
Many clients return to work and ordinary activities after BioRePeel. This makes it appealing when you want a professional resurfacing treatment without the recovery associated with a deeper peel.
That said, minimal downtime does not mean no skin response. Your practitioner will explain what you might experience and how to care for your skin afterwards.

BioRePeel for the face, neck and décolleté
BioRePeelCl3 FND is used on the face, neck and décolleté to improve dullness, congestion, uneven texture, fine lines and visible discolouration.
Your practitioner will decide which areas can be treated safely during the same appointment. Treatment may be limited or postponed if your skin is irritated, sunburnt, infected or otherwise unsuitable on the day.
BioRePeel for the body
A dedicated body formulation may be used on suitable areas affected by rough texture, blemishes or uneven-looking tone.
Depending on your assessment, areas may include:
- Upper back and shoulders
- Arms and hands
- Elbows and knees
- Buttocks
- Other suitable areas of body congestion or uneven texture
Sensitive and intimate areas require particularly careful assessment. Treatment suitability, preparation and aftercare will be discussed before proceeding.
What happens during BioRePeel treatment?
What happens during your BioRePeel treatment?
Your appointment begins with an assessment of your skin and a review of any changes to your health, medication or skincare.
Your practitioner will cleanse and prepare the treatment area before mixing and applying the BioRePeel solution. You may feel tingling, warmth or mild sensitivity while the peel is on your skin.
The solution is carefully removed after the appropriate contact time. Your practitioner will then apply suitable finishing products and sun protection where required.
A BioRePeel appointment usually takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the area treated and whether it is combined with another procedure.
Combining BioRePeel with Dermapen 4 microneedling
For suitable clients, BioRePeel can be combined with shallow-depth Dermapen 4 microneedling.
Microneedling creates controlled microchannels within the skin. When combined within an appropriate professional protocol, the treatment can provide a more intensive approach to uneven texture, enlarged-looking pores, post-acne marks and signs of ageing.
However, combining the procedures also changes the experience, aftercare and expected downtime. Your skin may appear redder and feel more sensitive than it would after BioRePeel alone. Makeup and active skincare will need to be avoided for longer.
This combination is not suitable for everyone and would not normally be performed over active, inflamed acne. Your practitioner will recommend it only when your skin can tolerate the additional stimulation.
How many BioRePeel treatments will you need?
Your ideal treatment frequency depends on your skin concerns, sensitivity and desired outcome.
A single session may provide a visible refresh before a suitable occasion. More persistent concerns usually respond better to a planned course, commonly involving several appointments followed by maintenance when appropriate.
You do not automatically need six sessions simply because you are new to professional skin treatments. Your practitioner will recommend the number and frequency based on your skin rather than placing everyone into the same programme.
How should you prepare for BioRePeel and care for your skin afterwards?
Preparing for BioRePeel
Your practitioner will provide personalised preparation instructions. These may include temporarily avoiding:
- Retinoids, AHAs, BHAs and exfoliating products
- Waxing, bleaching or other hair-removal procedures
- Self-tanning products
- Sunbeds and excessive UV exposure
- Other intensive facial or resurfacing treatments
Tell your practitioner about all prescribed medication, supplements and topical products. Do not stop prescribed medication unless the clinician responsible for your care advises you to do so.
If you develop a cold sore, rash, broken skin, infection or significant irritation before your appointment, contact the clinic. Your treatment may need to be postponed.
BioRePeel aftercare
After treatment, your skin needs calm, uncomplicated care.
Follow the instructions provided by your practitioner and:
- Use gentle skincare and the recommended moisturiser
- Apply broad-spectrum SPF every day
- Avoid picking or removing any flaking skin
- Avoid retinoids, exfoliating acids and scrubs until advised
- Avoid intense exercise and excessive heat for approximately 48 hours
- Avoid saunas, steam rooms, swimming and sunbeds for the recommended period
- Delay waxing, bleaching and other hair removal on the treated area
- Avoid makeup for the period advised by your practitioner
After combined BioRePeel and microneedling, your restrictions may be longer. Contact the clinic if you experience a reaction that feels severe, unexpected or does not begin to settle.
When should BioRePeel be postponed or avoided?
BioRePeel may not be suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, allergic to aspirin or salicylates, or have an active infection, cold sore, open wound, sunburn or inflammatory skin flare in the treatment area.
Treatment may also need to be postponed or adapted if you:
- Use prescription retinoids or have recently taken isotretinoin
- Take medication that affects healing or increases photosensitivity
- Have recently undergone another peel, laser treatment or intensive procedure
- Have a history of abnormal scarring
- Have a medical condition that affects healing
- Are undergoing treatment for cancer or another significant health condition
This is not a complete list. Your medical history, medication and skincare must be discussed during consultation so your practitioner can assess your suitability safely.
